Product Sales Agreement – Marissa’s Gyfted Creations

Please read this agreement carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Products

This agreement applies to all custom and standard products sold by Marissa’s Gyfted Creations, including but not limited to t-shirts and water bottles.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom orders (personalized designs, names, logos, etc.) require approval of a digital proof before production begins.
  • Once a proof is approved and production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout for standard (non-custom) orders.
  • For custom orders, a 50% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is due before shipment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Afterpay, and other available options at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.
  • Custom/personalized items: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time for standard orders: 3–5 business days.
  • Processing time for custom orders: 7–14 business days.
  • Marissa’s Gyfted Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and branding on our products are the intellectual property of Marissa’s Gyfted Creations and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marissa’s Gyfted Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Agreement

By placing an order, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to all terms outlined in this Product Sales Agreement.
